Warranty

Billight warrants that your Billight kit, including the rechargeable battery, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

What is covered

Defects in materials or workmanship in the Billight kit (diffusers, control box, and power plug) and the Billight rechargeable battery.

What is not covered

• Misuse
• Accidents
• Water damage
• Modifications to the product
• Normal wear and tear

What we will do

If a covered defect appears during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the affected product or part, at Billight's option.

How to make a claim

Email support@billightpool.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and a photo or video showing the problem. We will reply with next steps. For valid warranty claims, Billight covers the return shipping.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
